This Privacy Policy describes how Super Mario AI Game (“we”, “us”, or “our”, developed by GenZApps) handles your information when you install, play, and interact with our mobile application (the “App”, package name: com.sripra.supermario).

A. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

  • Player Profile: Your chosen nickname, avatar emoji, and player title are stored exclusively on your local device. We do not transmit or store your player profile on external servers.
  • Game Progress & Preferences: Your level completion status, unlocked worlds (1 through 10), high scores, collected coins, remaining lives, and audio/control preferences are saved locally on your device via an encrypted local database.

B. Automatically Collected Telemetry & Diagnostics

  • When accessing network features (such as loading game assets or displaying advertisements), third-party SDKs (such as the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may automatically collect standard non-personally identifiable device information:
    • Device manufacturer, model, operating system version, and system language.
    • General coarse location (country or city-level derived from IP address).
    • App crash logs and diagnostic performance metrics to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App integrates trusted third-party services that may collect information used to serve non-intrusive ads:

Google AdMob (Google LLC)

  • We use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads (e.g., earning extra in-game hearts).
  • Google AdMob may process your device’s Advertising ID (AAID), cookies, and interaction data to serve contextual or personalized advertisements in compliance with Google’s policies.

Firebase (Google LLC)

  • The app includes Firebase components for app integrity, App Check, and diagnostic reporting to prevent fraudulent activity and ensure stable gameplay.

3. How We Use Information

The collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Delivering responsive 3D platformer gameplay and maintaining your level progress.
  • Providing optional rewarded features (such as earning an extra heart by watching a short ad).
  • Diagnosing technical issues, maintaining app security, and enhancing user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Permissions Used by the App

The App requests only standard, non-sensitive Android permissions:

  • android.permission.INTERNET: Required to download web canvas assets and communicate with Google AdMob for ad delivery.
  • android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check whether internet connectivity is active before making network requests.

The App does not request sensitive permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Precise GPS Location, Contacts, or Device Storage.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Family Policy Compliance)

Super Mario AI Game is designed for general audiences who enjoy classic platformer games. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has inadvertently provided personal data, please contact us immediately at info@genzgames.in, and we will promptly delete any associated data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because player progress and profiles are stored locally on your device, you maintain full control over your data:

  1. In-App: Tap “Restart Run” or “Reset Worlds” inside the in-game Settings screen.
  2. Device Settings: Go to Settings > Apps > Super Mario AI Game > Storage > Clear Data to erase all stored data.
  3. Uninstalling: Uninstalling the application completely removes all locally stored game files.

7. Security

We employ standard administrative and technical measures to protect your information. All external network communications use secure, encrypted HTTPS protocols.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
