This Privacy Policy explains how GenZApps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Bloomflow: Garden Pipes (the “App”). We aim to keep the game simple and privacy-conscious. Please read this policy to understand the information that may be processed by the App and its services.
1. Information We Collect
Information stored on your device
The App stores gameplay information locally on your device, such as unlocked levels, stars, coins, challenge progress, and your sound, music, and vibration preferences. This information is used to operate the game and is not sent to us by the App as part of normal gameplay. Uninstalling the App or clearing its app data may remove this locally stored progress.
Information you provide
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other profile information to play. If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond.
Advertising and diagnostics
If third-party advertising or analytics services are included in the published version of the App, those providers may automatically process information such as advertising identifiers (where available and permitted), device or app information, approximate region derived from IP address, ad views and clicks, and technical or diagnostic data. The exact information processed depends on the SDKs and configuration used in the released App. We do not use this information to create a personal profile ourselves.
2. Advertising
The App may display ads, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for in-game rewards. Rewarded ads do not need to be watched to access ordinary game functions such as retrying, restarting, returning to the menu, or moving to the next level.
Where the App is distributed as family-friendly or child-directed, advertising must be configured to comply with applicable Google Play Families requirements and relevant law, including the use of appropriate, non-personalised ads where required. Actual ad behaviour depends on the advertising SDK and settings in the published build. Please verify those settings before release.
Third-party ad providers process information under their own privacy policies. Please review the policies of any advertising provider used in the App. We do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.
3. How We Use Information
Information described in this policy may be used to:
- save and restore your game progress and preferences on your device;
- provide optional rewarded advertising and deliver the related in-game reward;
- respond to support requests you send us; and
- maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the App, where applicable services provide technical diagnostics.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share locally stored gameplay progress with us through normal gameplay. If advertising or other third-party SDKs are used, information may be processed by those providers to provide their services, subject to their terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Children and Families
Bloomflow: Garden Pipes is designed to be suitable for a broad audience and is intended to follow applicable Google Play Families requirements where applicable. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. The App does not require account registration. Advertising and SDKs in any child-directed release must be selected and configured according to the applicable Families policy and laws.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, subject to your device and operating-system behaviour. Information included in a support email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records. Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies.
Because the App does not require an account, there is no in-App account deletion process. To remove locally stored game data, clear the App's storage in your device settings or uninstall the App. This does not delete information independently held by third-party providers.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the App's design to protect information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Locally stored game data is subject to the security of your device, and third-party services are subject to their own safeguards.
8. Offline Play and Internet Access
Core puzzle gameplay and locally saved progress are designed to work offline. An internet connection may be needed for advertising, including optional rewarded ads, and for any other online services included in a particular release. Availability of ads or network services is not guaranteed.
9. Your Choices
- You can choose whether to watch a rewarded ad.
- You can turn sound, music, and vibration on or off in the App's settings.
- You can manage device-level advertising and privacy settings where supported by your operating system.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy at the location where this policy is made available and update the effective date above. Please review it periodically.
