1. About the Game
Smash Hero is a casual arcade game in which players aim a cannon, knock down objects, complete levels, and earn in-game rewards. Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.

The Game is designed to keep core gameplay data on your device. Depending on the version you use and the services enabled, the following information may be processed:
- Local game data: level progress, coins, lives, booster counts, sound preferences, and other gameplay settings. This information may be saved on your device.

We do not ask you to provide your name, contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone recordings to play the core game.

4. Local Storage and Offline Play

Unless a later version explicitly provides cloud-save functionality, we do not promise that progress will transfer to another device or be recoverable after deletion. The Game may offer optional rewarded video advertisements for in-game benefits such as extra balls, coins, or boosters. You can choose whether to watch a rewarded ad. Developer note before publishing: Keep the advertising wording above only if an advertising SDK is actually included. If the published version uses simulated ads only and has no third-party SDK, update this section and your Google Play Data safety form to match the actual build.

GenZApps does not sell your personal information. We do not otherwise share personal information directly collected by us except when necessary to operate a service you request, respond to a support inquiry, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Third-party services integrated into the Game may process data as described in their own policies.
7. Children's Privacy
Smash Hero is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the core gameplay. If the Game is configured or marketed for children, applicable child-directed app requirements and advertising restrictions must be followed, including the relevant Google Play Families policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support, contact us so we can review the request.
8. Data Retention and Security
Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is deleted or overwritten. Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain business records. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- You can stop playing and remove locally stored game data by clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling it.
- You can choose not to watch optional rewarded ads.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

10. International Users
